Today I will be reviewing the Ferrari enzo's successor the Ferrari Laferrari



My first thoughts

I wonder how long it took them to come up with the name hmm...
This design work is beautiful It looks like they just took a Ferrari Enzo's bonnet and spun it upside down, all jokes aside, The Ferrari Laferrari has a very aggressive design, amazing quality to detail, this is making a great competitor to the McLaren P1.

The Price

Just like the McLaren P, Ferrari have priced the Laferrari extremely high, in fact the McLaren P1 is even cheaper at $1.2 Million, The Ferrari Laferrari costs $1.7 Million which is $500,000 more expensive, although it doesn't matter now because the 375 copies of the McLaren P1 have been completely sold out.

The Details

Well Ferrari have certainly done a great job with the Laferrari, with a Mid rear mounted 6.3 litre V12 engine that includes an electric motor and KERS that can produce 950 BHP and a 0-60 mph in 2.7 seconds Ferrari definitely have something to brag about, Not only is this the first mild hybrid Ferrari have ever created it is also their super car that has the most power output, it also produces a whopping 663lb of torque

The Ferrari Laferrari has 7 speed dual clutch transmission system that comes in automatic and manual, this is just the start of the long list of things Ferrari have included on the Laferrari.

• Carbon ceramic Brembo brakes 
• Carbon Fibre Monocoque structure designed by the Ferrari formula 1 technical director
• Double wishbone suspension in the front
• Multi link suspension in the rear
• 120 cell lithium ion battery pack
• Retractable rear wing spoiler
• Includes two different configuration of down-force, HD high down-force and LD low down-force 

This is just some of the things Ferrari have added to the Laferrari.

Also the Ferrari Laferrari top speed is 220 mph

Extra Fact

Ferrari are only producing 499 of the Laferrari, and has also lapped Ferrari's Fiorano test circuit in under 1 minute 20 seconds which is the fastest Anything Ferrari have ever produces and let loose around their circuit.

Conclusion

Yes this car may be stupidly expensive and have a silly name but this amazing piece of machinery can captivate any Super car lover, this will be a great rivalry with the McLaren P1 and I am struggling to decide on which one is better, a very tough decision but my many condolences to Ferrari for producing this amazing piece of engineering.
